Elizabeth Carol Richardson, 53, of Elizabethton, Tenn., passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Bowers, and sister, Carla Rae Bowers.
Survivors include her mother, Carol Bowers; daughter, Randi Richardson; sisters, Angie King and Tina (Don) Johnson; nieces, Chrissie and Laura King; and nephew, Darris Reece.
