From all indications, it appears that Mother Nature has a sense of humor as the seasons have dramatically changed with temperatures falling into the mid-30s and frost being found on the windshield while bringing the kids to school.
While it is still fall with all the beautiful colors of leaves filling the hills and hollows of Carter County, the cold weather serves as a reminder that Old Man Winter is not that far behind.
