Sandra Ann Treadway Kyte, 80, of Elizabethton, Tenn., went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 7, 2021, at Johnson City Medical Center. Sandra was born in Carter County to the late Lawrence E. Treadway and Lavinia Sheffield Treadway. In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Lloyd Kyte.
Sandra had worked for Inland Container as a payroll clerk and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.
Those left to remember Sandra include her brother, Turby Treadway of Sevierville, Tenn.; her sister-in-law, Brenda Lynn and husband Curtis; her godchildren, Daniel Onks and Ivy Painter; and her cousins, Judy Fleenor, Terri Knapp, Robin Kinley and Dwight Treadway.
The committal and inurnment service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 16, in the Mountain Home National Cemetery.
