The Elizabethton Police Department is requesting assistance in identifying two individuals wanted for questioning in a case involving the theft of a cell phone on November 17 at a local retailer.
Anyone who recognizes or is familiar with the subject may submit a tip via text message to TIPEPD and to 847411.
