First Methodist
The Chancel Choir of First United Methodist will present “Everlasting Christmas” by Larson, McDonald, and Shackley at the 10 a.m. worship service Sunday at First United Methodist Church.
The musical will be presented in the sanctuary.
A Christmas organ concert will be presented Sunday at 4 p.m. by David Arney at First United Methodist Church.
Arney is organist at the church. He will present a variety of familiar carols and songs of the season.
First Methodist is located at 325 E. E St., Elizabethton, and the public is invited.

Carter Christian
Carter Christian Church will have a community candlelight and communion service Friday, Dec. 24, at 8 p.m.
Everyone is invited.
The church is located at 1765 Highway 91, Stoney Creek.

CCCMF Meeting
The Carter County Christian Men’s Fellowship will meet Tuesday, Dec. 21, at 7 p.m. at Valley Forge Christian Church.
Scott Fisher, senior minister at Borderview Christian Church, is the guest speaker.

First Christian
An in-person worship service will be held at 9:45 a.m. Sunday at First Christian Church, Elizabethton, as well as a live radio service on 90.5 FM in the church parking lot at 9:45 a.m. The worship service will be posted to Facebook at 8 p.m. Sunday.
Also, a weekly Bible study is offered Wednesday at 6 p.m.
The church is located at 513 Hattie Ave.

Blue Springs Christian
Blue Springs Christian Church will have a live nativity scene the weekend preceding Christmas. The nativity scene will be at 6 p.m. Saturday.
Also, a candlelight Christmas service will be held Wednesday, Dec. 23, at 7 p.m.
The church is located at 107 Rominger Road, off the Blue Springs Road.

Grace Baptist
The pre-school and children’s choir at Grace Baptist Church will present “The Light Has Come” at the 6 p.m. service Dec. 19.
The Wednesday Bible Study and New Ministry Generation will go Christmas caroling at 6:15 p.m. Dec. 22.
A Christmas Eve Candlelight Service will be held at 5 p.m. Dec. 24. The service will feature carols, candlelight, the Lord’s Supper, and a sermon.
The public is invited.

Siam Baptist
A Christmas Eve Communion Service will be celebrated at 5 p.m. Dec. 24 at Siam Baptist Church.
The public is invited.
The Rev. William Lunceford is pastor.

Big Springs Church of Christ
Scott Reynolds will present a Christmas piano concert at 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 19, at Big Springs Church of Christ.
The public is invited to be a part of the Christmas service.

First Free Will Baptist
First Free Will Baptist Church, Elizabethton, will celebrate the birth of Christ with a cantata at the morning worship service Sunday. The service will begin at 9:45 a.m., and the cantata will be presented by the choir under the direction of Grady Holder.
Wednesday, Dec. 22, a candlight communion service will be presented at 6:30 p.m.
The public is invited.

First Baptist
A Christmas Eve program will be presented at First Baptist Church from 5 to 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 24.
The public is invited to attend.

New Liberty
New Liberty Freewill Baptist Church will continue the celebration of Christ’s birth with the church choir providing Christmas musical selections during the 11 a.m. worship service Sunday followed by a Christmas message from Pastor Rev. Nick Colbaugh.
The worship service will be followed with a visit from Santa.
During the 6 p.m. worship service, the Teen Class will be presenting the Christmas play, “It All Happened In The Country.”
Pastor Rev. Nick Colbaugh invites everyone to join in the celebration of Christ’s birth during this Christmas season. In addition to attending services, other options include livestreaming at www.nlfwbchurch.com and via 93.3 FM radio for vehicles parked at the church.

Roan Street Free Will
Roan Street Free Will Baptist Church will have in-person services Sunday with Sunday School at 9 a.m. and a Kids Christmas Skit and Christmas Tree at 11 a.m. followed by a message from the Rev. Donnie Harris.
Everyone is asked to wear a mask upon entering and exiting the building.
The public is invited.

First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, 119 W. F St., will have both an in-person and online service Sunday, Dec. 19, at 11 a.m.
The pastor, the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt, will preach a sermon based on John 1: 11-18.
Adult Forum, Wednesday Meditation, and Thursdays with Jesus will meet online this week. Youth will meet in person.
