City of Elizabethton announces Christmas closings

The City of Elizabethton Street and Sanitation department will be closed on December 23 and 24 to observe Christmas.
Garbage collection for the week of December 20 through December 24 will be as follows: Monday and Tuesday will be collected on Monday. Wednesday and Thursday will be collected on Tuesday. Friday will be collected on Wednesday.
