Randall Jenkins formally announces that he will be running for the Carter County Clerk’s office. For the past seven years, he has proudly served the people of the 6th district as commissioner with integrity and passion.

This office serves as the clerk to the county commission, so over the past seven years, he has watched and learned that part of the job.

Among learning those duties he has also taken courses with CTAS (County Technical Assistance Service) for the clerk’s office.

“Mary Gouge has done an amazing job over the past 20 years. However, as it is with any position, I always believe there is room for improvement,” said Jenkins.

Jenkins believes the office can be modernized and streamlined saving you (the people) time your next trip to get your automobile tags, records, and other services provided by this office.

Jenkins would like to thank you for letting him serve you as commissioner and now humbly asks you for the opportunity to serve as your Carter County Clerk.
