The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Cody Honeycutt was arrested on December 27 by CCSO Deputy Justin Burchfield for theft of property.
Jennifer Whitney Waters was arrested on December 27 by CCSO Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for failure to appear.
Michael Dylan Sheets was arrested on December 27 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for violation of probation.

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
Janice D. Shepherd was arrested on December 23 by EPD Officer Callie Peltier for public intoxication.
Thomas Joseph Friese was arrested on December 23 by EPD Sgt. Douglas Combs for public intoxication.
Brian Lee Shields was arrested on December 24 by EPD Officer Chazz Hughes for DUI (first offense), driving on roadways laned for traffic, and violation of the implied consent law.
Cecil Puckett was arrested on December 26 by EPD Officer Matthew Scott for public intoxication.
