First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton, will have both an in-person and online service at the 11 a.m. worship service Sunday.
The pastor, the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt, will present the sermon “Come and See” based on John 1: 35-46.
Adult Forum, Wednesday Meditation, and Thursdays With Jesus will meet online this week. Youth will meet in person.

First Christian
Both, an in-person worship service and a live radio service, will be Sunday at morning worship at First Christian Church, Elizabethton. The services will begin at 9:45 a.m. The live radio service can be heard on 90.5 FM in the church parking lot.
The morning worship service will be posted to Facebook at 8 p.m. Sunday.
Also, a church-wide teaching series “We Speak” will begin Jan. 9 at 9:45 a.m. in the morning worship service. The study will be continued in Bible School on Sundays and Wednesday night at 6 p.m.
“This a great time to reunite with your friends at FCC,” said the minister.

New Liberty
Three individuals, James Barb, Etta Carden and Gary Colbaugh, will be baptized during the morning worship service at 11 a.m. Sunday at New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church.
Pastor Nick Colbaugh invites the families and friends of the candidates for baptism to attend and show their support and encouragement.
New Liberty Free Will is located at 113 Peters Hollow Road near the Stoney Creek Volunteer Fire Department.
