Star Photo / Brandon Hyde Jim Winchester plays with cat, Bandit at the shelter.. Jim and his wife serve as cat foster parents for Smokey and Bandit while the shelter finds homes for them. Jim encourages others to come and visit all the great animals at the shelter. A great way to spend a rainy afternoon!
