The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
William Bruce Arrowood was arrested on July 6 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for violation of probation.
Adam Bowers was arrested on July 6 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for failure to appear.
David Nicholas Fulwiler was arrested on July 7 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for driving while revoked (second offense), financial responsibility, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to submit a written report of an accident.
Deborah Gail Morrell was arrested on July 7 by CCSO Deputy Dennis Brown on a warrant for violation of probation.
John David Lones was arrested on July 8 by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill for DUI (first offense) and possession of Schedule VI drugs.
Dennis Wayne Sharitz was arrested on July 8 by CCSO Deputy Tyler Holsclaw for driving while revoked (first offense), financial responsibility – no insurance, and speeding.
Jacob Aaron James was arrested on July 8 by CCSO Deputy Gabriel Felty on a warrant for failure to appear.
David Allen Cross was arrested on July 8 by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill on a warrant for violation of probation.
Kristin Noel Honeycutt was arrested on July 8 by CCSO Lt. Issac Rhea on a warrant for failure to appear.
Chontelle Dawn Hersey was arrested on July 11 by CCSO Lt. Michael Carlock on a warrant for failure to appear.
James Alan Boothe was arrested on July 11 by CCSO Lt. Issac Rhea on a warrant for failure to appear.
Sylvia L. Reece was arrested on July 11 by CCSO Sgt. Johnathan Blevins on a warrant for driving while revoked (second or subsequent offense), leaving the scene with property damage (two counts).

The following arrest has been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
Crystal Lynn Tessa was arrested on July 12 by EPD Officer Erin Potter for public intoxication and shoplifting under $1,000.
