The Elizabethton Parks and Recreation will sponsor “The Splash,” a free time at the Franklin Pool on Sunday, Aug. 7, from 1 to 5 p.m.
It will be a day of free admission, inflatables and a DJ as the city closes out the summer with some splashing at the pool!
