JOHNSON CITY — East Tennessee State University’s Alliance for Continued Learning (ACL) will offer a wide range of classes and activities beginning Tuesday, Sept. 20, and concluding on Thursday, Oct. 27.
Classes will meet from 10 a.m. to noon each Tuesday and Thursday in the upstairs conference room at Food City, 940 N. State of Franklin Road in Johnson City.
Sponsored by ETSU’s Office of Professional Development, the ACL is a “member-powered, member-driven and member-governed” organization devoted to providing lifelong learning experiences in a stimulating atmosphere. Participants decide the study groups, forums, classes and other activities to be held, identify leaders for the sessions, and elect officers.
No educational prerequisites, exams or grades are involved. Registration is required and participants may sign up for $45 until September 16. The fee increases to $50 following that deadline. Paid registration allows participants to attend any or all sessions.
For more information about the schedule of classes, call the Office of Professional Development at (423) 439-8084 or visit 2022 Fall Alliance for Continued Learning.
