The 1977 graduating class of Hampton High School will have a 45th anniversary reunion at 5 p.m. at the Mayflower Restaurant in Elizabethton. Any classmate that not been contacted can call 213-2567 for information. Also, any classmate with memorabilia that you would like to bring and share is encouraged to do so. Classmates’ guests are also welcome to attend.
Boozy Creek Community Center, 1989 Shelleys Road, Bristol, Va., will hold a Fish and Chicken Fry at 4 p.m. In addition to fish and chicken, the meal will include lots of fantastic sides, a large variety of desserts, and drinks. A State Certified Armed/Unarmed Security Guard Class held by State Certified Instructor Ken Potter will be held beginning at 8:30 a.m. at 135 Keenburg Road, Elizabethton. Applicants must be 21 years of age to obtain an armed guard license and 18 years of age for an unarmed license. You may also attend this program for renewal qualification.
