The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office: 
Julie Herndon Hartzog was arrested on September 23 by CCSO Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for failure to appear.
Ryan Alexander Thomas was arrested on September 24 by CCSO Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for aggravated criminal trespass.
Ricky Joseph Martin Jr. was arrested on September 24 by CCSO Sgt. Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
Richard Keith Carr was arrested on September 24 by CCSO Sgt. Justin Burchfield for evading arrest, possession of methamphetamine, simple possession, and felon in possession of a firearm.
Laura Ashley Watts was arrested on September 25 by CCSO Lt. Christopher Reichenbach on a warrant for violation of probation.
Evelyn Greer was arrested on September 25 by CCSO Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for failure to appear.
Johnathan Rabe Murray was arrested on September 25 by CCSO Deputy Tyler Holsclaw on a warrant for violation of probation.
Skylar D. Buchanan was arrested on September 25 by CCSO Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.
Kevin Riopel was arrested on September 25 by CCSO Sgt. Justin Burchfield for criminal trespass, financial responsibility, leaving the scene of an accident, resisting arrest, and public intoxication.
Stormie Dawn Crowe was arrested on September 25 by CCSO Deputy Cory Locklear on a warrant for violation of probation.
Casey McKinley Oaks was arrested on September 25 by CCSO Deputy Cory Locklear on a warrant for violation of probation.
Cody Shane Presnell was arrested on September 27 by CCSO Captain Keith Range on a warrant for violation of probation.
Hunter James Tolley was arrested on September 27 by CCSO Lt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for failure to appear.
Jordan Elliott was arrested on September 27 by CCSO Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.
The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
Billy J. Guy was arrested on September 27 by EPD Officer Matthew Scott for drug paraphernalia and Schedule II drug violations.
Ambriel Michelle Stout was arrested on September 27 by EPD Officer Matthew Scott for driving on a suspended license (second offense or subsequent,) financial responsibility – no insurance, misuse of registration, failure to have two headlights on vehicles, and a warrant for violation of probation.
