Rittertown Baptist
Revival will begin Sunday, Oct. 16, at the Rittertown Baptist Church, Hampton. Services will be held at 7 p.m through Wednesday, Oct. 19.
The evangelist will be Kip Youngcourt. Special singing will be featured at each service.
The public is invited to attend.

Immanuel Baptist
Aunt B’s Clothing Closet at Immanuel Baptist Church will be open today, beginning at 9 a.m.
Available free is both men and women’s clothing as well as children’s clothing, all sizes.
The church is located at 205 Hunter Ave.

First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, 119 West F St., will have both an in-person and online worship service at 11 a.m. Sunday.
The guest speaker for the morning will be Bill Kirkwood. His sermon topic is “Just As You Are” based on Galatians 3:28 and the Upanishads.
Adult Forum and Youth Group will meet in-person and online.

First Christian
First Christian Church will have Trunk or Treat this year from 4 to 5:30 p.m. on Halloween. Children are invited to come and get some candy and enjoy this fun time for families in a safe environment.
The church staff will be set up in the parking lot across the street from the Elizabethton Police Dept.
First Christian has services at 9:45 a.m. Sunday and 6 p.m. Wednesday.

New Liberty
The Rev. Wesley Duncan will preach Sunday at the 11 a.m. worship service at New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church.
The guest speaker at the 6 p.m worship service is the Rev. Nathan Jennings.
Also, the church will receive a special love offering for Mike Hodge, who is waiting on a kidney transplant from Wake Forest or UT Knoxville hospitals. The monies received will go to help cover the cost of the expenses of his kidney transplant.
Everyone is encouraged to attend the services in support of the visiting preachers and to contribute to this special need.
New Liberty Free Will is located at 113 Peters Hollow Road near the Stoney Creek Volunteer Fire Dept.

First Free Will
First Free Will Baptist Church, Elizabethton, will observe homecoming Sunday, Oct. 16, with Phillips and Banks singing at the morning worship service. The service will begin at 10:45 a.m.
Following the morning service, lunch will be served.
All members, former members, and friends of the church are invited.
There will be no evening service.
The Rev. Nathan Jennings is pastor.

CCCMF meeting
The Carter County Christian Men’s Fellowship will meet Tuesday, Oct. 18, at 7 p.m. at the Buffalo Valley Christian Church.
The guest speaker will be Michael Klaus, minister at the First Christian Church, Elizabethton.
All men are invited.

Keenburg Free Will
Keenburg Free Will Baptist Church, 135 Keenburg Road, will have its annual homecoming Sunday, Oct. 16, at 11 a.m.
The musical group “Forgiven” will present special singing.
Following the service, a meal will be provided in the fellowship hall.
Everyone is invited.

Watauga Baptist Assoc.
The Watauga Association of Baptists will have its 154th fall meeting Thursday, Oct. 20, at the Dungan Chapel Baptist Church, 104 Jim Deal Road.
The meet will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and will feature as guest speaker Dr. Clay Hallmark, President of the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board.

Grace Baptist
Grace Baptist Church will have homecoming Sunday, Oct. 23, beginning at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Gale Hartley preaching.
Rev. Hartley grew up at Grace Baptist and formerly served with the International Mission Board. He is currently serving as pastor at Bethany Baptist in Mountain City.
The Rev. Travis Tyler is pastor.

Calvary Baptist
Calvary Baptist will have their Trunk or Treat Sunday, Oct. 23, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the T.A. Dugger Junior High ball field.
Chris Hughes is interim pastor.

Siam Baptist
Siam Baptist Church will have its 149th homecoming Sunday, Oct. 16.
Trunk or Treat will be celebrated at 7 p.m. Oct. 30 with candy, games, food, and fun.
The Rev. John Peters is serving the church as interim pastor.

Carter Christian
Carter Christian Church, 1765 Highway 91, will have a holiday craft fair Friday, Oct. 21, and Saturday, Oct. 22, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day.
The craft fair will feature fall and Christmas crafts and home decor, home canned green beans, relishes, jellies and more, and delicious homemade treats, rolls, and noodles.
The holiday craft fair is sponsored by the Carter Christian Church Ladies Aide Ministry.

Hampton Christian
Hampton Christian Church, 810 Deerfield Lane, Hampton, will have a fall festival Saturday, Nov. 5, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The festival will feature fall and Christmas crafts, hayrides, canned goods, cakes, pies, and bread.
The public is invited.
