Thanksgiving dinner Nov. 5 at Boozy Creek

Boozy Creek Community Center, 1989 Shelleys Road, Bristol, Va., volunteers will have a Thanksgiving meal on Saturday, Nov. 5 at 4 p.m.
In addition to turkey and ham, the meal will include mashed potatoes and gravy, dressing, sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, deviled eggs, slaw, dinner rolls, and a large assortment of homemade desserts and drinks.
Music will be provided by “Tennessee Backroads” from 5 to 6:30 p.m. This event is usually the largest attended meal of the year. Come early and enjoy a great evening with friends at Boozy Creek. Door prizes will be given away by Cathy Baker.
