- Winterfest Art Show continues at park The Watauga Valley Art League Winterfest Art Show continues at Sycamore Shoals State Park. The show will continue through this weekend in the Visitor Center. The League has 63 members from all over Northeast Tennessee. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, last year’s winter show was virtual, however, the league has held several events over the summer and fall. The public is invited to attend the show, which will continue through Dec. 5 during park hours.
