Blue Springs Christian
Blue Springs Christian Church will have its live nativity scene Dec. 16 and 17 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. each day.
The live nativity will be set up on the main Blue Springs Road near the entrance to the church.
Visitors are invited to drive by or park in the church parking lot and walk over to the scene.
Richard Thomason is minister.

Willow Springs
Willow Springs Baptist Church Choir will present the cantata “Glorious Impossible” Sunday, Dec. 11, during the 11 a.m. service. The choir is under the direction of Bobby Smith.
During the evening service at 6 o’clock the children will present their program under the direction of Terri Jordan.
Everyone is invited.
The Rev. Kenneth Jordan is pastor.

First Christian
First Christian Church, Elizabethton, will have a worship service Sunday at 9:45 a.m. followed by Bible School with classes for all ages.
There is also Bible study and classes on Wednesday night.
A Christmas Eve candlelight service will be held at 11:30 p.m., and on Christmas Day there will be one service at 11 a.m.
Everyone is invited.The church is located at 513 Hattie Ave.

Siam Baptist
The Siam Baptist Church Children’s Choir will present the musical “Fear Not Factor” on Sunday at 6 p.m.
The musical, created by Dennis and Nan Allen, presents the most epic event of all times. Heaven’s angels are gearing up to wing flight to earth and unveil God’s most unexpected, miraculous, and perfect plan.
Everyone is invited to attend and enjoy the story of that special night when heaven and earth collided as the “Fear Not Factor” pierced the starlit skies.
Siam Baptist is located at 2414 Siam Road, Elizabethton. Interim pastor is John Peters.

New Liberty Free Will
Sunday, the New Liberty Kids will sing and present a Christmas program during the 11 a.m. worship service.
The New Liberty Teens will present a Christmas play titled “The Living Nativity” during the 6 p.m. worship service.
Everyone is invited to these special Christmas services as the church continues its month-long celebration of Christ’s birth.
New Liberty Free Will Baptist is located in the Stoney Creek community at 113 Peters Hollow Road near the Stoney Creek Volunteer Fire Dept.

Community Cantata
Singers from First United Methodist Church, First Baptist, St. Paul United Methodist, Carter County Parish Churches, and First Christian Church will present the Christmas cantata “The Glory of Christmas” on Sunday at 6 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Elizabethton.
The cantata is under the direction of John Bunn, Fred Goodwin, and Dr. Catherine Edwards-Bunton.
The public is invited to this community celebration of Christ’s birth.

Big Springs Church of Christ
Music of the Holy Night, a Christmas piano concert by Scott Reynolds, pianist, will be presented Sunday at Big Spring Church of Christ.
The service will begin at 6 p.m., and the church is located at 1106 Gap Creek Road.

Keystone Free Will
Former pastor, the Rev. Bill Greer, will preach Sunday at 11 a.m. at Keystone Free Will Baptist Church, Johnson City.
Sunday School is at 10 a.m. Sunday services can also be heard online at www.keystonefwbchurch.com or on Facebook.
The Sunday evening service is at 6 o’clock.
The Christmas program is Sunday, Dec. 18.
The church is located 110 Bettie St., Johnson City.

St. John’s Episcopal
St. John’s Episcopal Church in Johnson City will hold a Blue Christmas Service of Remembrance and Hope on Sunday, Dec. 11, at 4 p.m. This is a quiet, contemplative service for anyone experiencing grief, loss, or pain during the holiday season. All, regardless of faith tradition, are welcome to attend.
