To the Editor:
The Carter County Car Club would like to thank the Elizabethton City Council for their time and effort in addressing this year’s 2023 cruise-in season.
Our season has been cut short six Saturdays by losing the entire month of April and Sept. 23 due to the Covered Bridge Days Festival.
The cruise-in will be held downtown on Elk Avenue May 6 – Oct. 28.
