Range Christian
Range Community Christian Church will celebrate its 25th anniversary on Sunday at the 11 a.m. service.
The congregation began meeting November 2, 1997. A charter was signed the last Sunday in March 1998. After meeting together in several places, including the Masonic Lodge, the Wedding Chapel, and the Matheson Tool building, land for a church on Hart Road was donated by Jack and Elizabeth Hughes.
A beautiful building was erected on this land and Range Community Christian Church has been holding Sunday and Wednesday services since that time. The public is cordially invited to celebrate this special day with the congregation.
Randy Overdorf, who served as minister of the church 15 of the 25 years, will be the special speaker.
The church is located at 175 Hart Road, Elizabethton.
Ken Overdorf is the current preaching minister.

First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton, will have both an in-person and online service Sunday at 11 a.m.
Scripture reading this Sunday is from John 11: 1-3, 25-27, and 43-46, followed by a sermon from the pastor, the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt, titled “Mary, the Tower.”
Other meetings this week include Meditation Wednesday at 7 p.m. and Adult Forum at 9:30 a.m. Sunday.
The church is located at 119 W. F St.

Roan Street Free Will
Roan Street Free Will Baptist Church will have special singing and preaching Sunday at the 11 a.m. worship service. Featured will be the Rev. Rick Hollifield from Bakersville, N.C.
The pastor, Donnie Harris, invites the public to attend.
The church is located at 820 N. Roan St. in Blackbottom.

First Christian
First Christian Church will have worship Sunday at 9:45 a.m. Bible study is Wednesday at 6 p.m.
Easter is only three weeks away, and the public is invited to worship that Sunday with the First Christian congregation.
The church also has a food pantry. Persons needing a food box can call the church office to make an appointment at 542-5651.
The church is located at 513 Hattie Ave.

Keystone Free Will
The Rev. Bill Greer will preach Sunday at Keystone Free Will Baptist Church, Johnson City, when Pack-A-Pew Sunday will be held.
Rev. Greer, a former pastor, will preach at the 11 a.m. service. Sunday School is at 10 a.m.
The pastor, the Rev. Tony Birchfield, also invites the public to make plans to attend services Easter Sunday.
The church is located at 110 Bettie St., Johnson City.

Bible Baptist
Spring revival will be held at Bible Baptist Church, 1217 Broad St., March 26-29. Service times are 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday and 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.
The evangelist for the revival is Greg Lentz.
Special singing will be featured at each service.
Everyone is invited to attend.

Night of Praise & Caring
A Night of Praise & Caring will be held Sunday at 6 p.m. at First Christian Church, Hattie Ave.
The service will feature a charity concert to benefit Restore Ukraine.
Featured performers will include pianist Scott Reynolds, a community choir, the group Lifted made up of Fred Goodwin, Tony Rominger, Loretta Bowers, Pat Kelly, and Howard Bloom. Also featured will be Polish pianist Jeremy Lukens.
An offering will be received to house and feed Ukrainians impacted by war.

Good Friday Service
A Good Friday service will be held April 7 at 7 p.m. at Borderview Christian Church, 1338 Bristol Highway.
The service is sponsored by the Carter County Christian Men’s and Women’s Fellowship.
Also, on Saturday, April 8, an Easter Eggsxcellent Adventure Egg Hunt will begin at 10 a.m. at the church. There will be prizes, games, and a cakewalk.
Easter Sunday at 10:45 a.m. the musical, “In Christ Alone,” will be presented.
The public is invited.
