Shane Steven Blackburn, 42, entered into rest Sunday, April 2, 2023, with his sister and girlfriend by his side.
Shane loved collecting old coins and knives. He had a smile that would light up your darkest days and a personality that would have you on the floor laughing. He was definitely one of a kind and will be missed dearly. He fought a good fight but cancer won and it was time for him to be pain free.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Katherine Potter.
Shane is survived by his son, CJ Blackburn; his loving girlfriend, Kayla Simmons; his sister, Rebekka Jones; his brother, Shawn Roberts; and his grandmother, Hazel Roberts.
A celebration of life to be announced at a later date.
