New Liberty Free Will
Michael Wayne Smith, a national Christian recording artist, will be in charge of the Sunday evening service April 16 at New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church. The service will begin at 6 p.m.
Smith will sing Southern Gospel selections including several of which he has written.
The pastor, the Rev. Wesley Duncan, invites everyone to attend.
The church is located at 113 Peters Hollow Road just off Highway 91N near the Stoney Creek Volunteer Fire Dept.

Keystone Free Will
Keystone Freewill Baptist Church will host The Primitive Quartet from Candler, N.C., Sunday, April 16.
The church is located at 110 Bettie St., Johnson City.
Pastor Tony Birchfield invites all to come out and fill the Lord’s house, hear God’s Word taught and enjoy this special service. Sunday School begins at 10 a.m. and the worship service is at 10:45 a.m. Everyone is invited.
Sunday morning services are also livestreamed on Facebook.

First Christian
Sunday worship is at 9:45 a.m. Sunday at First Christian Church, Elizabethton.
Wednesday night Bible study is at 6 p.m.
All are invited to the services.
Also, First Christian has a food pantry. Those needing a food box are asked to call the church office at 542-5651 to make an appointment.
First Christian is located at 513 Hattie Ave.

CCCMF Meeting
The Carter County Christian Men’s Fellowship will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Lower Shell Creek Christian Church with Glen Layfield as guest speaker.
Layfield is minister at Big Springs Church of Christ.
All men are invited.

First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton, will have both an in-person and online worship service Sunday at the 11 a.m. service.
Scripture reading this Sunday is Deut. 5: 12-15 and Matt. 11: 28-30, followed by a sermon from guest preacher, Dr. Dave Holmes of St. Andrew’s United Church, Lacombe, Alberta, Canada.
Meditation is Wednesday at 7 p.m. and Adult Forum is at 9:30 a.m. Sunday.
The pastor is the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt.
