The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Christopher Shannon Watson was arrested on May 8 by CCSO Deputy Jeffery Winters on a warrant for violation of probation.
Dwayne Anthony Ellwood Sr. was arrested on May 8 by CCSO Deputy Robbie Huskins for driving while revoked (2nd or more).
Phillip Stature Carr was arrested on May 9 by CCSO Deputy Jeffery Winters on a warrant for violation of probation.
Robert Eugene Rosenbalm was arrested on May 9 by CCSO Deputy Tyler Holsclaw for offense of abuse of elderly adult and drug paraphernalia.
Stacy Brooke Collins was arrested on May 9 by CCSO Deputy Tyler Holsclaw for resisting stop/arrest and disorderly conduct.
Jonathan Daniel Wells was arrested on May 10 by CCSO Deputy Donovan Bemiller for aggravated assault as domestic violence, aggravated burglary, and aggravated kidnapping.
