CCSO seeking public’s help in locating two missing juveniles

The Carter County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two missing juveniles.
Brittany Cottrell – 14 years old – Brittany is 5’4″ tall and weighs approximately 125 pounds. She has jet black hair, hazel brown eyes, and she has a large scar on her right forearm. Brittany was last seen on 7-2-2023 in the Powder Branch area.
Leah Lynthacum – 16 years old – Leah is 5’7” tall and weighs approximately 140 lbs. She has black hair and brown eyes. Leah was last seen on 7-4-23 in the Milligan area.
