Gardening Seminar at Sycamore Shoals

A Gardening Seminar will be held Saturday, Aug. 10, at Sycamore Shoals State Park in Elizabethton from 9 a.m. until noon.

The seminar, free to the public, will be held in the community room at the park.

The subjects of the seminar will be Review of summer gardens – What went right and what went wrong; Plant a fall garden – any kind of vegetable is better than weeds; and Pruning of blackberries, blueberries, fruit trees and renovation of strawberries.
