A Tennessee Silver Alert has been issued for 86-year-old Arthur Bruce, who is missing from Johnson City.
Bruce is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen on Aug. 11, 2024. There is no known clothing description at this time. Bruce has a U.S. Navy tattoo on his arm.
Authorities believe he may be traveling in a 2024 gray Ford Ranger with Tennessee temporary tag QH9YN1V8.
Bruce has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
