James Wallace Livingston, 83, Blountville, went to be with the Lord on August 4, 2014, at Greystone Health Care.
In addition to surviving children include his sisters, Billie June Hilton, Elizabethton; Judy Burgess, Hampton; and Kathy Jenkins, Elizabethton.
Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Blountville Christian Church. The funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. in the church sanctuary with Pastor Dwight Shaffer officiating. Military graveside rites will be conducted by American Legion Hammond Post #3 and Gate City Post #265 at 11 a.m. Saturday at Tri-Cities Memory Gardens.
