Arlin D. Wagner

Arlin D. Wagner, 65, of Johnson City, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014, at Johnson City Medical Center following an extended illness.
Arlin was a native of Carter County. He was retired from Flav-O-Rich Dairies after more than 25 years of service. He was a Charter member of Prayer Tabernacle and was presently a member of Unity Fellowship.
Arlin loved to fish and hunt.
He was preceded in death by his father, Pastor A.G. Wagner.
Survivors include three sons, Wes Wagner and wife Tina, Elizabethton, Scott Ivan Wagner and Matthew Wagner, both of Johnson City; a daughter, Carrie Campbell and husband Wes, Johnson City; his mother, Frances Phillips Wagner, Elizabethton; the mother of his children, Dianne Wagner; six grandchildren, William, Jordan, Chelsie and Ashlie Wagner, Andrew Helton and Jaryd Campbell; a brother, Richard Wagner and wife Patsy, Johnson City; and two sisters, Darlene Stinnett and husband Charlie, Johnson City, and Karen Wilson, Johnson City.
Memorial services for Arlin D. Wagner will be conducted at 8 p.m. Monday, October 6, at Unity Fellowship (formerly Prayer Tabernacle) with Pastor Greg Wagner officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday, prior to the service. Friends may also visit with the family at his residence. The family would like to express a special “Thank You” to all his family and special friends who never gave up hope and all the many prayers that were offered up for him.
