Warren O’Quinn

Warren O’Quinn, 93, of Stafford County, Va., passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2014, in Fredericksburg, Va.
Mr. O’Quinn retired from Local Steamfitters Union 602. He was a member of the Scottish Rite of Free Masonry for 60 years and was also a member of the Shriners.
Survivors include son, Ron O’Quinn and wife, Lila, of Stafford, Va.; daughter, Janice Seats and husband, Ward, of Bristol, Tenn.; grandchildren, Lynette Blakey, Teresa Neal, Becky Andrews and Richard Jack Lewis II; 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mae Lockette of Fredericksburg, Va., Bonnie Turbyfill of Elizabethton, Tenn., and Corneil Proffitt of Watauga, Tenn.; and brother, Jack O’Quinn of Johnson City, Tenn.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Warren and Carrie O’Quinn, sisters, Novella Smith and Francis Ray, and brother, Wayne Kiser.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, October 18, at Covenant Funeral Service, Stafford, Va.
The family will also receive friends from 5 to 6:45 p.m. Monday, October 20, at Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton, Tenn., with a service to follow at 7 p.m. Interment will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 21, at George Mottern Cemetery in Watauga, Tenn.
