Cynthia Kay Puckett Lindsey, 31, of Hampton, passed away Friday, December 26, 2014, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital.
She was a native of Avery County, N.C., and had lived a number of years in Carter County.
Cynthia was a member of God’s Blessing Church.
Survivors include a son, Seth Lindsey; her father, Afton Puckett, Elizabethton; her mother and step-father, Sally Holtsclaw Halliwell and husband James, Hampton; and her maternal grandparents, Howard and Brenda Holtsclaw, Hampton. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
Memorial services for Ms. Lindsey will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, December 28, at God’s Blessing Church with Pastor Bob Holtsclaw officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Cynthia to God’s Blessing Church, 223 First Street, Hampton.
