A memorial service for Teresa McCloud, who passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital in Elizabethton, Tenn., was held Thursday, January 1, 2015.
Teresa was born February 16, 1952 to the late Ray and Zula Baird. She was a native of Elizabethton, resided in Chattanooga for 25 years and recently moved to Watauga.
She was a loving, caring mother, wife, daughter and sister, who loved to travel and spend time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas O’Larry McCloud.
Survivors include sons, Travis S. and wife, Sharon R. McCloud of Cadiz, Ky., and Douglas B. and wife, Marti L. McCloud of Sugar Grove, Ill.; sisters, Gloria Baird of Roan Mountain, Tenn., Robin Smith of Elizabethton, Tenn., and Julie Rickard of Kingston, Tenn.; and grandchildren, Connor, Ryan, Dallas and Wren McCloud.
