Clifford Lindsley Haynes III, 71, of Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2015, at Pine Ridge Care & Rehab Center.
A native of White Plains, N.Y., he was a son of the late Clifford Lindsley Haynes II and Anna Hugler Haynes.
Mr. Haynes had lived in Carter County for a number of years. He was a retired truck driver and heavy equipment mechanic.
Survivors include two sons, Clifford L. Haynes IV, Frederickburgs, Va., and Daniel Eugene Haynes, Snohomish, Wash., and a sister, Janet Guyett.
A memorial service for Mr. Haynes will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, January 12, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Chaplain Doug Hinshaw officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the American Legion. Condolences to the family may be sent to our website at www.memorialfcelizabethton.com
