Kathleen J. Wilson

Kathleen J. Wilson, 81, 2010 W. G Street, Elizabethton, passed away Friday, May 1, 2015, at her residence. She was a native of Magnolia, Del., and the daughter of the late Clearance and Emma Viola Holdeman Jester.
Mrs. Wilson was a member of Hunter United Methodist Church in Elizabethton where she was a member of the UMW. She also was a member of the Eastern Star of Elizabethton. She had worked as a CPA for many years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Wesley Wilson Sr., in 1994, and a daughter, Linda Ann Wilson.
Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Kay Wilson of Elizabethton; a son, John Wesley Wilson Jr. of Johnson City; five grandchildren, Michelle Lee Shelton, Lee Ann Wiggins, James Broseter, Kimberly Nelson and John Feltes; and six great-grandchildren, Lexi, Jacob, Andrew, Emma, Brandon and Robert.
A memorial service for Mrs. Wilson was conducted at 6 p.m. Monday, May 4, at Hunter United Methodist Church, 722 TN-91, Elizabethton, with Pastor Estel Williams officiating. The family greeted friends at the church from 5 p.m. until the service hour. Graveside services will be held at a later date in Delaware. Condolences may be made online at www.wadugger.com.
