Marilyn Brown Eastham

Marilyn Brown Eastham, 91, of Chattanooga, Tenn., went to be with her Lord on Monday, June 1, 2015. She was a loving wife and mother, retired employee of University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a member of Brainerd Baptist Church.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, William Elwood Brown and Anna LaRue Gill; her loving husband, John A. Eastham Jr.; and two sisters, Lois Brown Rowan and JoAnn Brown Hensley.
She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Jim Brown, Gene Brown, Doug Brown, Judy Smith, Chrissy Sowder, Regina Presnell and Susan Hazenfield; her five daughters and their husbands, Anne (Bill) LaRoque, Elaine (Michael) Street, Sarah (David) Reece, Melinda (Mitch) Keebler and Ellen (Gerald) Street; her eight grandchildren, Meredith (Stephan) LaRoque Buch, Elizabeth LaRoque, Lucy (Jeff) Street Bartlett, Emily Street, Charles Street, Will Keebler, Anna Street and Jack Keebler; and three great-grandchildren, Anna Buch, Marcus Buch and Josiah Bartlett.
Memorials may be sent to “Missions,” Brainerd Baptist Church, 300 Brookfield Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37411. Marilyn was buried at Happy Valley Memorial Park, Johnson City, Tenn., on June 3.
