Brian Keith Brown, 47, of Roan Mountain, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2015, at his residence.
He was born in Avery County, N.C., but lived his life in Carter County. He was a son of the late Charles and Hazel Marie Johnson Brown.
Mr. Brown was retired due to disability as a truck driver.
Survivors include two sisters, Mary Lou Cornett and husband Lester and Judy Banner, all of Roan Mountain, and two brothers, Harold and Kenneth Brown, both of Roan Mountain. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
