JOHNSON CITY — Lowell Delona Shell, 75, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2015, at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andy Shell and Dolly C. Shell.
Mr. Shell is survived by his son, Harlan Shell; daughter, Sherry Shell; sister, Noma Miller; niece, Sheila Null; and several nieces and nephews.
