Patricia “Pat” Ann Blevins, 52, of Elizabethton, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Johnson City Medical Center Hospital. She was a daughter of the late Tennessee and Roxie Bell Bowers Blevins and was born in Elizabethton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Jerry Lynn Blevins, Billy Frank Blevins, David Blevins; and two sisters, Elizabeth Blevins and Novella Jones. She was an RN and worked at Life Care Center of Elizabethton.
She is survived by three sisters, Carolyn Bradley, Jonesborough; Joann Frost and her companion, David Tolley; Donna Hudson and her companion, Derrick Presnell, all of Elizabethton; and a brother, Ronnie Blevins and his wife, Kathy, Elizabethton. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends at the home of her sister, Joann Frost, 184 Chambers Hollow Road, Elizabethton, at any time.
A graveside service for Ms. Blevins will be conducted on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the Garland Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Ronnie Blevins, David Tolley, Robert Blevins, Derrick Presnell and Chris Whaley. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet the family at the funeral home at 12:15 PM on Tuesday to go in procession to the cemetery.
