Richard Keith Powell, 87, of Elizabethton, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2015, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital.
There will be a memorial service at a later date at the Johnson City Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Memorial Funeral Chapel is serving the Powell family.
