Patricia Ann “Pat” Graham Lowe, 66, of Elizabethton, passed away Monday, October 5, 2015, at her residence following an extended illness.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 8, in the Shoun Cemetery (Stoney Creek) with the Rev. Eric Heaton officiating. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 1 p.m. Thursday to go to the cemetery. Complete arrangements will be in Thursday’s paper.
