Beginning Monday, residents on the west end of town will have a new destination for a coffee break, breakfast and lunch spot.
Brewing the Coffee Company’s legendary beans, Simply Coffee Cafe by Silver Angels offers a relaxing environment and fireplace for all to enjoy ground-in-house coffee, and a variety of menu items.
They will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with options like bagels, cereal, yogurt, English muffins for breakfast and potato salad, soup, spring mix salad, egg salad, wraps and hummus for lunch.
They will feature different varieties of coffee every few weeks, as well as milk and juices.
It is located on the right side of the Medical Care building on West Elk Avenue, to the left of Silver Angels.
Silver Angels CEO Doug Hornsby wanted to offer people a place to get out of the office and relax during the day.
“It’s really convenient for people on this end of town to be able to take a break and enjoy a quality cup of coffee,” said Nikki Etter, Hornsby’s administrative assistant.
