• Katie Harrell, 27, 1308 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Bryan Parlier, 40, 607 Smalling Road, Watauga, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Kenneth Lowe on a warrant charging him with contempt of court.
• Willard Stout, 59, 193 Vaught Lane, Butler, was arrested Wednesday by officers of the EPD and charged with public intoxication.
• Doran Swift, 50, 1982 Harbin Hill Road, Mountain City, was arrested Wednesday by officers of the EPD and charged with driving under the influence and failure to yield.
