Teddy Lee Trivette

Teddy Lee Trivette, 57, of Hampton, passed away Monday, January 18, 2016, at Johnson City Medical Center after an extended illness. He was a native of Carter County.
Teddy was a Millwright and retired from East Tennessee State University. He was a member of Braemar Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Eddie Greer and Fred H. Trivette Jr.
Survivors include his mother, Jean McCloud Trivette, Hampton; his father and step-mother, Fred H. Trivette Sr. and Georgia Trivette; a half sister, Cindy Trivette; his aunts and uncles, June McCloud, Janice McCloud, Dorothy Martin, Joyce Dorthy, John and Pat Couch, Jackie Warden, Linda Strickland, Teresa Alexander McGuire, Shaylon McGuire, Shelia Winston, Janice McCloud, Silver Clipper, Denise Ann King, Donnie Martin and Matthew Martin; several cousins; and his special friends, Lesa and Rick Mixon and Shawn Wynee.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, January 22, at the funeral home with a graveside service to follow at 2:30 p.m. in the Butler Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Wayne Carter and the Rev. Harvey White officiating. Active pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Friday, will be Vic Harrison, Bobby Trivette, Rick Mixon, Doug Johnson, Richard Lacey, Johnny Lewis and Jack Slemp. Honorary pallbearers will be Andy Arnett, James Williams, Ralph Waycaster, Jim Murray, Andy Mixon, Wayne Miller, Shawn Wynne, Brian King, Erby Jones, Medical Care employees of the Walk In, Hampton Office, Citizens Bank employees of Hampton, Johnny Ray Pierce, Monty Pierce, Loyd McCloud, Donald Pritchard, Wallace McCloud, employees of Hampton Bait Shop, Travis McCloud, Starling McCloud, Bill Horton, David Horton, Darrell McCloud, Jerry McCloud, Keith Blevins, Wayne Davis , Gary McGuire and the staff of Dr. David Mills.
