Stasha Nicole Saults Hicks, 27, of Roan Mountain, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2016, in Johnson City. She was born in Carter County.
Survivors include her soul mate, Matthew Kwiatkowski; three children, Levi Cody Hicks II, Elijah Carter Saults and Kaitlyn Ann Marie Kwiatkowski; her father, Eric Raymond “Ricky” Saults; her mother, Dawn Marie Cook; her brother, Joshua Cain Saults; her sister, April Shell; her husband, Levi Hicks; her grandmothers, Carol Cook and Beth Pierce; her grandfather, Stokes Cook; and her great-grandmother, Norma Cook. Several cousins also survive.
Funeral services for Stasha Nicole Saults Hicks will be conducted at 7 p.m. Sunday, March 13, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Mr. Gerald Holly, minister, officiating. Graveside services and interment will be at 11 a.m. Monday, March 14, in the Johnson-Roan View Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Melvin, Chandler and Porter Cook, Mack Greene, Bill Shell, Josh Shell and Aaron Humphrey. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
