David Lee Pendergrass Sr., 48, of Johnson City, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016, at the Johnson County Community Hospital.
He was born in Bristol, Tenn., and was a son of the late Ralph and Billie Jo Rosenbaum Pendergrass.
Mr. Pendergrass worked for Harmon Recycling in Elizabethton.
Survivors include a son, David Lee Pendergrass Jr., and brothers, Ralph Pendergrass, Michael Pendergrass and Billy Pendergrass.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 p.m. Friday, March 25, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Lee Pendergrass Jr., Billy Pendergrass, Ralph Pendergrass, Steven Malone, Michael Thomason and Joseph Arp.
