Ms. Jessica Nicole Robinson, 27, of Charleston, S.C., formerly of Elizabethton, went home to be with her savior, Jesus Christ, and to be re-united with her father, Charlie, on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, in Charleston. She was born in Johnson City, Tenn., and was the daughter of Marcia Cannon Dressler of Charleston and the late Charles Robinson. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two grandfathers.
Jessica loved her family. She was an avid softball player.
In addition to her mother, those left to cherish her memory include a daughter, Jaedyn Dawson, of the home; two brothers, Josh Robinson, Johnson City, Tenn., and Jeremy Robinson, Charleston, S.C.; her maternal grandmother, Betty Cannon, Johnson City; and her paternal grandmother, Ann Robinson, Elizabethton. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
A service to honor the life of Jessica Robinson will be conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, in the Chapel of Peace of Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton, with Pastor Todd Hallman officiating. Music will be under the direction of the family. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, prior to the service. The graveside service and interment will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be Nathan Goodwin, Fred Goodwin, Steve Cannon, Luke Stewart, Jake Stewart and Charlie Weismueller. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet the family at the funeral home at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday to go in procession to the cemetery.
