• James Lingerfelt, 41, 920 Piney Flats Road, Piney Flats, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jared Cook on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Mark Waters, 63, of Watauga, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Amanda Little and charged with second offense driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license and violation of the open container law.
• Timothy Miller, 54, 760 Lower Stone Mountain Road, Unicoi, was arrested Monday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with vandalism, second offense driving on a suspended license and introduction of contraband into a penal facility.
• Ronald Collins, 40, 124 Victory Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Cpl. Samantha Beckett on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Cody Braswell, 22, 189 Ollie Collins road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Gary Murphy, 31, 189 Hilton Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Frank Revels, 41, no address available, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Lt. Michael Bean and charged with domestic assault.
• Alexis Renfro, 19, no address available, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Paul Morrell and charged with domestic assault.
• William Shamblin, 30, 904 E. Myrtle Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with violation of probation and a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Jessica Kacmar, 23, 1141 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by officers of Elizabethton Police Department on a warrant charging her with violation of probation. Officers of the CCSO later served Kacmar with two additional warrants — one charging her with failure to appear and one charging her with violation of probation.
• Landon White, 18, 414 Tollett St., Hampton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer Paul Pritchard charging him with simple possession of Schedule II drugs and simple possession of Schedule VI drugs.
•Katherin Dickerson, 23, 197 Carl Smith Road, Hampton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson charging her with shoplifting.
•Jacob Lowe, 19, 503 Okolona Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. Officers also issued Lowe with a criminal summons charging him with shoplifting. Officers of the CCSO later served Lowe with an additional warrant charging him with failure to appear.
•Harley Nickles, 20, 707 Smalling Road, Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor charging her with shoplifting.
• Jacob Hill, 18, 1275 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor charging him with theft/embezzlement.
• Jamie McNeil, 45, 1270 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce and charged with public intoxication.
• Robert Deweitt, 30, Preston, W.Va., was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Officer Kenneth Lowe charging him with driving on a suspended license and violation of the seat belt law.
• Michael Cann, 23, 258 Sunrise Drive, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson charging him with shoplifting.
