• Kevin Fields, 42 ,188 McKeehan Ridge Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Michael Malone and charged with driving under the influence and possession of Schedule IV drugs.
• Valdare Johnson, 25, 1406 Baxter St., Johnson City, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on an indictment charging him with aggravated kidnapping, robbery and simple assault.
• Zachary Michalski, 23, 219 Taylor Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes on an indictment charging him with two counts of reckless aggravated assault.
• Stephanie Phillips, 27, 913 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Corban Lipscomb on a warrant charging her with driving on a revoked license.
• Richard Lowe, 52, 503 Okolona Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Cpl. Ashley Rhymer on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
