Lylah Osborn

Mrs. Lylah Osborn, 92, of Elizabethton, Tenn., passed away Thursday, August 18, 2016, at Hermitage Health Center, Elizabethton. A native of Westboro, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Lum David and Ferrell Hickman.
Mrs. Osborn was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 74 years, Clifford Osborn, of the home; a daughter, Beverly Munyon and her husband Terry, Elizabethton, Tenn.; a son, Paul Osborn and his wife Shirlee, Naples, Fla.; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
A service to honor the life of Mrs. Lylah Osborn will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, August 22, in the Sunset Chapel of Hathaway-Percy Funeral and Cremation Services with Pastor Frank Osborne officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 noon until 1 p.m. Monday, prior to the service, or at the residence at anytime. The graveside service and interment will follow the funeral service at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the Mountain Home National Cemetery.
