Harry Leland Ramsey, passed away on October 15, 2016. He was preceded in death by Rhudy and Kathleen Ramsey of Rt 1 Hampton, Rhudy Howard Ramsey Jr, Petersburg, VA., Frank E. Ramsey of Rt 1 Hampton, and daughter Cina Carrier of Elizabethton.

Survivors include sister Dottie Higgins of Bluff City, brother Johnny Ramsey of Rt 1 Hampton, daughters Kathy Grindstaff of Elizabethton, Debra Hampton of Elizabethton, Donna Bell of North Carolina and grandsons, Jesse and Jake Hampton, Elizabethton, Dustin Grindstaff of Kingsport, and Seth Bell of North Carolina and granddaughters, Jessee Lipford, Lillian Angelena Hampton, all of Elizabethton. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
